At the time of writing, there appears to be an issue with the link to the Freshbooks Privacy Policy and we were unable to access it. We were able to view the Freshbooks DPA which appears to be based on the outdated SCCs (noting that organizations have until 27 December 2022 to update their DPAs with the latest SCCs issued by the EU Commission). We have contacted Freshbooks to obtain a copy of their Privacy Policy and will update this section once obtained.
Freshbooks has a separate section on their website that sets out the Security Safeguards implemented in their accounting software. Some of the security measures adopted by Freshbooks to protect the data of Amazon sellers include SSL encryption, firewalls, vulnerability scanning, and physical security measures for their servers.
